Starting a whole new year!

Here's to a new year, new beginnings and a way to change what we have the ability to change and accept what we cannot change.  I am so hoping to be healthy, happy and financially more stable this year, even if I have to work twice as hard for it.  Times are tough for everyone, but the main thing is to be strong and stay positive.  A very close friend is teaching me this.  I say teaching because being negative was a way of life for me.  It will take a lot of teaching to change this.  I do admit though, being positive sure helps the hard times go by faster.  So I shall try to be more positive this year, work hard at my new job and ........oh yeah,..........the old trusty resolution that I make every year............lose some weight...........  Good luck to all on your new years resolutions and have a great year!!

Christmas is too hot to handle!

So much to do and so little time left.  Try to remember everything that has to be done.  Racing against the clock of time.  Realizing yet another day has gone by.  Battling the crowds at the store.  The item you wanted is gone.

Time to kick back and unwind.  Take a deep breath and remember that this is the time with family.  Happiness and togetherness.  Missing my grandchildren very much.  Hope they enjoy their presents that I am sending and don't forget me.

Angela, you and your family are always on my mind.... Hope your Christmas is one of the best in your life.

Happy Birthday Mark!

Just had to send a happy birthday to Mark..... A very important part of my world.

still crazy after all these years

Sarting a new job with a medical transcription company.  Still trying to get the darn thing downloaded. I am sure it will get better, I hope.  "positive thinking"???

Gosh, looked back at this.........too scary.  Glad it is working out so far.....Definetely have to have positive thinking!!!!

Christmas Shopping.

Christmas shopping is not always as fun as you would like it to be.  So many people are crowded in a store at the same time, we just all seem to lose positive control of ourselves and become a mob!!  I will be so glad when my shopping is done, which by the way is not usually until December 24, 2005.  Gotta love the last minute shopper.!!!!  Everything is picked over, back ordered, plain sold out, broke, opened or damaged.  One would think lessons would be learned from this................ONE WOULD THINK!

Anyways, hope everyone out there is enjoying this time of year.  The snow kinda adds to the excitement.  Love to go for drives and see the Christmas lights at night, especially Frankenmuth.  Christmas is happening there!!!

Well, back to cleaning the house.  Life's SIMPLE???? PLEASURES??????

Gotta love the snow!!

Finally got some snow that has decided to stick around.  Makes ya start getting excited about Christmas.  Have to get outside to make that first snowman.  Mark made me one last week but it was only 1 foot high.  (Not enough snow)  Ha! Ha!  Today we go for the big one....  Hope everyone that reads this is having a great day and enjoying life to its fullest.  Life is way to short to miss a day of it......

Missing family at Christmas time!

Christmas will not be the same this year, knowing part of my family is so far away.  It is not the same mailing the presents and not being there to see the eyes light up and the smiles cross their sweet faces.  Part of me is missing.  Someday, things will be better.  Time changes everything.  Hope everyone has a great Christmas and a very Happy New Year!.....Angela.......take lots of pictures for me.  We love you very much.  Give my grandbabies a hug for me!
